To explain my professional story I want to make an analogy with a tree that I particularly love, the cherry tree. We talk about a dream, an entrepreneurial challenge that became reality in
2006 with the birth of the first chocolate shop in the heart of
downtown Catania.
A passion that gradually transforms into work, commitment, and dedication that requires continuous updating, and thus the trips to Belgium, Austria, France, and Luxembourg, with seminars and in-depth studies held by the great masters of chocolate that allowed me to perfect the production technique and experiment with new creations.
Then important awards and recognitions start to arrive for the company and personally, such as the victory at the famous Rai show La prova del cuoco. Important moments of great satisfaction, for someone like me who loves their work so much and always seeks new stimuli to continue planning new goals to achieve.
Despite a not so easy period, we are not slowing down; on the contrary, we have decided to launch the Donna Gabriella dessert line, the culmination of a story that began many years ago that has brought us to where we are and at the same time a symbol of transformation and rebirth, to give a jolt to the moment, to show how much can always be done from our land, with professionalism, passion, love, and care, backed by great expertise and eager to retransmit tradition combined with innovation, with the unique class and "hospitality" of our land. I take one last minute because I have often spoken of hospitality in a period when it is not easy to host someone. Well, in our establishment, the customer is sacred, but so is the one who knows us and chooses us online, a new meeting place, and for him as for our customer, we continue to maintain high attention to detail, true quality, and innovative tradition, to always give the best and leave the memory of an unforgettable moment.
